How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is received please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out you will receive confirmation and  tracking information via email. Please ensure that you provide a correct email address.

 
How do I return an item?
* Due to COVID 19 we will not be processing any returns or exchanges, until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience, and look foward to resuming our normal policies in the near future.

Repack merchandise in original packaging, if possible. Please ensure all original tags are still intact and attached to merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice with return along with the reason for the return written somewhere on the invoice. Please keep your return tracking information. Once your return is received please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be processed.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
* Due to COVID 19 we will not be processing any returns or exchanges until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience, and look foward to resuming our normal policies in the near future.

Returns are store credit Only. Items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt, and must be in original packaging with ALL tags attached. Items that have been damaged or worn will not be eligible for store credit. There will be no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these guidelines.. Rated Pretty will not be liable for shipping fees. Final sale items and accessories will not be eligible for return. They are yours to keep. Please keep in mind that inventory cannot be guaranteed when considering a size exchange. Please carefully read item descriptions and reference model's measurements as well as size chart prior to purchase.
